LIFE IN JAPAN
Saitama - Rugby World Cup 2019
Saitama Prefecture is a great opportunity to experience daily life in Japan. The city is primarily a residential city due to it’s location just north of Tokyo. There is lots to see and do, and if you want a quieter hiking option to Mount Fuji check out Mount Hiwada for beginners or Mount Buko for a higher climb.
Three rugby World Cup matches will be stages in Saitama. The city is a short distance from Tokyo so commuting is an option. Visit Yono and Besshonuma Parks, Tsuki Shrine, and Omiya Bonsai Art Museum if you wish to discover the history and evolution of the Bonsai Tree in Japanese culture.
